Hello,

I'm co-founder of a deeptech startup, NEURALINK ROBOTICS (not Elon Musk's 😅), specialized in surgical robotics. We're currently raising our Series A (~€5M) and are in discussions with 3 funds.

The problem: two weeks ago, one of the funds, MEDIVEST PARTNERS, leaked our technical specs and product roadmap to a direct competitor. Information that only existed in the data room we had opened for them shows up in a competitor's presentation.

We had signed an NDA with Medivest before opening the data room. What can we do?
